HELP! I can't figure out how to download my packet.

Some users have had issues with the PDF files not downloading correctly. Some browsers will open the PDF files inside the browser. If this is what is happening for you there is a "Save" button on the top for saving the file to your computer. Most browsers also have an option when you click on a link to "Save As". You can then specify where the file is saved. If you are not prompted for what directory to save it to then there is probably a setting in your browser for where it saves any files you download (look for "Settings" or "Options" to find/change where your files get saved).

Other users have had issues with the file not looking right when they open it. A common cause of this is if the file was generated for a newer version of Adobe Acrobat. To correct this you can get your Adobe Reader software updated by going to www.adobe.com/reader and installing the update. If this does not work, please contact me using the feedback form linked below.

Playlists are generally built within a media player and then saved. The playlist provided here is the most generic format, and it can be read by Windows Media Player and iTunes. The file points to the online files, so anytime you use this playlist it will try to get the music from the site rather than your computer. If you want a playlist that points to downloaded files you will need to download the MP3's and put them into a playlist. Once you create a playlist name you can drag the music files directly on the playlist name to add them, and this playlist will be linked to your local music files.

Some people prefer to listen to their practice tracks on CD. iTunes and Windows Media Player have built-in CD burning capabilities. Several other CD burning packages also have the capability of creating audio CDs from MP3 (and other compressed audio format) files. For Windows Media Player look for the "Burn" tab across the top. For iTunes, you can create a playlist and then right-click on the playlist name. One of the drop-down options is "Burn Playlist to Disc."

Since these songs come in mp3 format they will not work on older iPods unless you use iTunes to convert them. ("5G" iPods and iPhones support mp3 format).

The good news is that you can use iTunes to convert the MP3's to a useable format.
1) Make sure iTunes is set for default format AAC.
2) Hold down the shift button and click on the Tools menu. Select "Convert selected files", and it will create an AAC format copy of the MP3 file. (Since you are converting between compressed audio formats it will slightly degrade the audio quality, but there shouldn't be a noticeable difference).
